The family of a West Bank man who's been missing since June is offering up a big reward for any information that leads them to him. Shane Fell's family has reason to believe he's alive after more than one recent tip.

Shane's younger brother, Brett Fell, posted a brand new missing persons flyer under the West Bank Expressway in Marrero Wednesday. "We put a couple of different images on there because maybe he looks like that. We don't know," said Brett Fell. One picture is of Shane before the accident. The other photo is of a man with a beard and longer hair to show how Shane may have changed in three months.

Shane Fell went missing June 10th after he crashed his car on River Rd. near Marrero Rd. Brett Fell said he found his brother's car rolled over in a small ditch about 20 minutes after the accident, but when he got there Shane was gone. He said the only sign of him was one of his shoes.

Three months later Shane's family has new hope he could be living in the area, but may not know what happened to him.

Brett Fell said he received a tip from a man who lives near the West Bank Expressway and West Jefferson Medical Center who described meeting someone named Shane who appeared to be homeless. Another man who is homeless told FOX 8, he believes he met Shane too.

"They weren't sure if he had a head injury or what he knows. I know one thing, the guy I met who I feel is him told me his name was Shane," said a man who would only identify himself as Tim. "Believe me it's him. He got the scar. It's him," he said.

Both men claim they saw Shane around the West Bank Expressway around or on Labor Day weekend. The Fell family said it's a coincidence, and the two men don't know each other.

"We don't want him to be hurt of course, but this is our best case scenario that he doesn't know who he is and he's wandering around trying to figure it out. My mom's had a few phone calls at their house and when they answer the phone nobody answers and it's been.. it's happened quite often the past two or three weeks," said Brett Fell.

The family's plea for help stretches from big, lighted billboards in Orleans and Jefferson Parishes to the Internet, on YouTube and Facebook, and now it's offering a $10,000 reward for any information leading to Shane's safe return to his family.
